ASNOW Travels is an independent travel agency that arranges travel services on behalf of clients with third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, transportation companies, and travel insurance providers (“Suppliers”).
When you book through ASNOW Travels, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
ASNOW Travels acts as an intermediary and does not own, operate, or control the services provided by Suppliers.
Suppliers are solely responsible for delivering the travel services purchased, including schedule changes, cancellations, delays, operational issues, or service performance.
All bookings are governed by each Supplier’s own terms, conditions, policies, and liability limitations.
Clients are responsible for reviewing all confirmations for accuracy, including traveler information, dates, and itinerary details.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against financial loss due to unexpected events.
Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to changes caused by weather, health conditions, governmental actions, or Supplier decisions.
ASNOW Travels is not liable for acts, errors, omissions, negligence, representations, warranties, breaches, or misconduct of any Supplier.
All fees, pricing, promotions, and availability are subject to change at any time by Suppliers without notice.
